ViUX Systems, Inc. (formally Perfect Webz), was established in the fourth quarter of 1997 as a sole proprietorship. In the second quarter of 2003 the name Perfect Webz was changed to ViUX Systems, and the legal structure was changed from a Sole-Proprietorship to an S-Corporation.
Located in Raleigh / Durham (RDU) North Carolina, within the Research Triangle Park (RTP) area... ViUX Systems maintains an office in Durham, and utilizes multiple Internet Data Centers (IDC's), which are located in RTP (Durham), Raleigh, Chicago, and Iowa... among other locations within the United States.

ViUX™ began as a home based business in 1997 under our former name (Perfect Webz). From 1997 through 2003,
we not only survived the so-called "Dot-Com Bust", which saw the end of
countless Internet based companies, but we actually grew in both
customer base and service offerings, until finally we had outgrown the
name Perfect Webz. Therefore in 2003, we changed our name to ViUX Systems, along with changing our legal structure from being a sole-proprietorship to that of an S-Corporation.
