ViUX customers may have noticed when logging into their control panel this past week that we have started to brand the interface with our logo and color scheme. So far this has taken place only for the primary customer Control Panel at: https://hsp.viux.com/cp/; the Reseller Control Center at: https://hsp.viux.com/rcc/; and the Online Store at: https://hsp.viux.com/... however this will be slowly taking place for all customer facing interfaces in the weeks and months to come.
Being that we make use of software and systems from many different providers, and each has a completely different “skinning” or branding process, as well as, different scripting languages – it can often be very time consuming and difficult to impose our own branding and color scheme as desired. Now that we have released our new website and our new logo, it makes perfect sense to start deploying a consistent brand scheme across all interfaces.
Additional “tweaks” of the custom branded skins now in place at the above two URL’s will continue to take place, until the design has been perfected. At the same time, we will begin working on imposing our brand on the Kayako Support Suite interface at: https://support.viux.com, to make it look more like our new website. A little later down the road (after we have upgraded to SmarterMail 5.x and SmarterStats 4.x has been released), we will do the same for the webmail and webstats interfaces.
As we are very proud of our new site and brand designs, we wish to provide our customers with a seamless and consistent user experience, regardless of which of our various systems or services they may be using at the time.
