ViUX Systems, Inc. (formally Perfect Webz), was established in the fourth quarter of 1997 as a sole proprietorship. In the second quarter of 2003 the name Perfect Webz was changed to ViUX Systems and the legal structure was changed from a Sole-Proprietorship to an S-Corp.

Located in Raleigh / Durham (RDU) North Carolina, within the Research Triangle Park (RTP) area... ViUX Systems maintains an office in Durham, and utilizes multiple Internet Data Centers (IDC's), which are located in RTP (Durham), Raleigh, Chicago, and Iowa (among others).
